Dr. Malec understands that some clients may require or prefer that clinical services be provided within the comfort and convenience of their own office, via video conference, or on the telephone. Client office visits can be arranged for Chicago Loop-based clients with sufficient notice and prior agreement. Please note that client office sessions are only available for self-pay clients.

Dr. Anne Brennan Malec founded Symmetry Counseling, a counseling, coaching, and psychotherapy group practice in downtown Chicago, in 2011. Since then, Dr. Malec has expanded Symmetry by opening practices in Arizona, Washington, DC, Virginia, Colorado, Texas, Florida, Michigan, and Washington state. In addition to acting as the Founder and CEO of the practice, Dr. Malec maintains a full caseload of clients, and has also developed a book about healthy relationships.
